Notice is hereby given that on 11 March 2022 a Petition was presented to Livingston Sheriff Court by Robertson Construction Eastern Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under company number SC249936 and having its registered office at its registered office at 10 Perimeter Road, Pinefield Industrial Estate, Elgin, Moray, IV30 3AE craving the Court inter alia order that the name of GDL Piling Limited (SC328403) be restored to the Register of Companies in terms of the Companies Act 2006 s.1029 and s.1031 ; in which Petition Sheriff Hammond by Interlocutor of 15 March 2022 appointed any party having an interest to lodge answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk of Livingston Sheriff Court, Livingston Sheriff Court, Civic Centre, Livingston, EH54 6FF within eight days after such intimation, service and advertisement, under certification.
