The Oil and Gas Authority gives notice that it has decided to issue, and in consequence has issued, a works authorisation to be held by CNOOC Petroleum Europe Limited whose address is Prospect House, 97 Oxford Road, Uxbridge, UB8 1LU for the construction and use of a pipeline system between the Scott PD Platform and the H2 well Tree tie-in flange, between the Central Telford Manifold and the WICS and between the Pipeline Tie-in Tee flange and the F2/FG Well Tree tie-in flange.

Except with the consent of the Oil and Gas Authority, the 256.7 mm water injection pipeline shall only be used to convey treated seawater; the 273.1 mm water injection pipeline shall only be used to convey treated seawater and the Services umbilical shall only be used to convey hydraulic fluid and power/communication.

The pipelines may be used by the Holder and with the Holder's agreement, and with the consent of the Oil and Gas Authority, by other persons.

CNOOC Petroleum Europe Limited have been appointed operator of the pipelines.
