Notice is hereby given that a Petition was presented to the Sheriffdom of Lothian and Borders at Edinburgh by Jones Whyte LLP, 59 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 2DH for and on behalf of Alan Briggs, for restoration of the Company formerly known as Lexmark International (Scotland) Limited, registered office 4th Floor, Saltire Court, 20 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH1 2EN  to the Registrar of Companies and which petition for restoration, by Interlocutor dated 1 April 2022, appoints any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
