Notice is hereby given that the Authority has, pursuant to the above Act this day cancelled the registration of the following societies:

12 April 2022

Solent Credit Union Limited (Register no. 669 C) the registered office of which is at c/o PKF Geoffrey Martin & Co, 3rd Floor, One Park Row, Leeds, LS1 5HN at its request.

13 April 2022

South Tyneside Credit Union Limited (Register no. 252 C) the registered office of which is at 3rd Floor, One Park Row, Leeds, LS1 5HN at its request.

The credit union ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered credit union, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the credit union, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
