Notice is hereby given that on 5th May 2022 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session, Edinburgh, by Brian Smith, 102 Woodhill Road, Bishopbriggs, Glasgow, East Dunbartonshire, G64 1AX for an Order in terms of Section 1029 of the Companies Act 2006 to Lion Foundry Limited to the Register of Companies. In which Petition, Lord Ericht, by Interlocutor 17th May 2022 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers with the Court of Session, Edinburgh, within 21 days after such intimation, advertisement or service.
