1. We Lindsay Robert Falcon Heyes and Edward Timothy Heyes of Wye Valley Butterfly Zoo, Jubilee Park, Symonds Yat Road, Whitchurch, Ross on Wye, HR9 6DA hereby give notice that in not less than two months after publication of this notice we intend to make application to Hereford Council for a licence to operate a proposed zoo at Wye Valley Butterfly Zoo, Jubilee Park, Symonds Yat Road, Whitchurch, Ross on Wye, HR9 6DA.

2. A written notice of the intention to make application for a zoo licence, giving details about the proposed zoo, has been sent to the said Council. This may be inspected, free of charge, at the office of the Council at Economy and Place Directorate, Licensing Section, Herefordshire Council, 8 St Owens Street, Hereford, HR1 2PJ between the hours of 10am and 4pm.
