In accordance with the provisions of Part 14 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, a creditor whose debt is a ‘small debt’ not exceeding £1,000 is deemed to have proved for the purposes of determination and payment of this dividend and is not required to prove their debt as described by this notice unless advised otherwise by the Joint Administrator.

Sarah Bell IP No. 9406 and Steven Muncaster IP No. 9446 of The Chancery, 58 Spring Gardens, Manchester, M2 1EW were appointed Joint Administrators on 24 July 2019.

A Block Transfer Order (High Court of Justice, Manchester District Registry No. 3506 of 2021) was obtained on 16 June 2021. The Order provided for the formal removal of Sarah Bell from office, to be replaced by Andrew Knowles (IP No. 24850).
