THE QUEEN has been pleased by Letters Patent under the Great Seal of the Realm dated 1 July 2022, to nominate:

The Reverend Canon Arun Arora, L.L.B., B.A., Vicar of Durham St Nicholas and Honorary Canon of Durham Cathedral, to be Bishop Suffragan of Kirkstall, in the Diocese of Leeds, and

The Reverend Canon Robert James Saner-Haigh, M.Phil., M.A., Residentiary Canon of Newcastle Cathedral and Director of Mission and Ministry in the Diocese of Newcastle, to be Bishop Suffragan of Penrith, in the Diocese of Carlisle.
