Notice is hereby given that on the 11th July 2022, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Aberdeen by Margaret Norma Connell Dey for the restoration of Street Wise by Design Limited, a company registered under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC227189) and having its registered office previously at The Coach House, St Swithin Street, Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, AB10 6XE (“the Company”) in which Petition the Sheriff at Aberdeen by Interlocutor dated 15th July 2022 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen within eight days hereof.
