Letters Patent bearing date 5th day of September 2022 have passed the Great Seal of Northern Ireland appointing Mr Justice Horner to be a Lord Justice of Appeal in Northern Ireland.

The said Letters Patent were enrolled in the Central Office of the Court of Judicature of Northern Ireland on 5th September 2022.

The Honourable Lord Justice Horner took the Oath of Office on the 5th day of September 2022 in the presence of the Lady Chief Justice of Northern Ireland.

The Oath was administered by Mr I T Hardstaff, Deputy Clerk of the Crown for Northern Ireland.
