HOLLOWAY CLOSE, EAST BRIDGFORD, IN THE BOROUGH OF RUSHCLIFFE

NOTICE is hereby given that The Nottinghamshire County Council, being the Highway Authority for the above highway, intends to apply to the Nottinghamshire Magistrates’ Court sitting at Nottingham Justice Centre, Carrington Street, Nottingham, NG2 1EE at 2pm on Friday, 21st October, 2022, for an Order authorising the stopping up of those areas of highway that are shaded blue on the deposited plan on the basis that such areas are unnecessary as highway.

A copy of the draft Order and Plan may be inspected free of charge by appointment between 9am and 5pm from 21st September to 21st October, 2022, inclusive (excluding bank holidays and public holidays) at County Hall, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 7QP. An appointment may be made by e-mailing legal.services@nottscc.gov.uk or by contacting the Customer Service Centre on 0300 500 8080.

Any person to whom notice is required to be given, any person who uses the said highway, and any person who would be aggrieved by the making of the Order has a right to appear before and be heard by the Magistrates’ Court. Any person intending to exercise that right is requested to inform the undersigned in writing delivered to the address below or via steven.eastwood.snr@nottscc.gov.uk quoting reference SJE/041110.
