1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Enfield (“the Council”) propose under Sections 90A to 90I of the Highways Act 1980 to introduce a raised speed table which would be constructed at a maximum height of 75mm above carriageway level and cover a maximum width of 2 metres within the cycle lane at the location specified in the Schedule to this Notice

2. A copy of the Notice and plan indicating the location of the proposed speed table can be inspected at the Town Library, 66 Church Street, Enfield EN2 6AX, Monday to Fridays 9am – 5pm inclusive.

3. Any person desiring to object or make any other representations in respect of the proposal should send a statement in writing to that effect, and in the case of an objection stating the grounds thereof, to the Head of Traffic and Transportation, the Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield, Middlesex, EN1 3XD, quoting the reference TG52/1486, by 26 October 2022, or by e-mail to traffic@enfield.gov.uk.
