1. We, Carole Ann Rose and Ian Stuart Middleton, 26 Farmleigh Gardens Great Sanke, WARRINGTON WA5 3FA, hereby give notice that in not less than 2 months after publication of this notice.

We intend to make an application for a licence to Warrington Borough Council for a Licence to operate a zoo at Wild Wings Birds of Prey Taylor Business Park New Hall Lane Warrington WA3 6BH.

2. A written Notice of the Intention to make application for a zoo licence, giving details about the proposed zoo, has been sent to the said Council. This may be inspected, free of charge, at New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington WA1 2NH between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
