Take NOTICE that Birmingham City Council, being the Highway Authority for the City of Birmingham, intends to apply to the Magistrates Court sitting at Victoria Law Courts, Corporation Street, Birmingham on 19 January Two thousand and twenty-three at 10am for an order that the highway in Small Heath, Birmingham being part of Talbot Way commencing 38 metres north east of its southbound junction with Small Heath Highway with a width of 8 metres proceeding in a northerly direction for 12 metres then proceeding in a north north westerly direction for 19 metres forking with the northbound section continuing in a north westerly direction for 45 metres and the eastbound section proceeding in a north easterly direction for 14 metres with a width of 6 metres to its end be authorised to be stopped up on the ground that it is unnecessary. The effect of the said order is shown on the plan which may be inspected free of charge at Small Heath Library, Muntz Street, Small Heath, Birmingham, B10 9RX on Tuesdays Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm, and on Thursdays from 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm, telephone number 0121 464 6155.
