SECTION 116 HIGHWAYS ACT 1980

Take NOTICE that Birmingham City Council, being the Highway Authority for the City of Birmingham, intends to apply to the Magistrates Court sitting at Victoria Law Courts Corporation Street, Birmingham on 19 January Two thousand and twenty-three at 10am for an order that the highway in Selly Oak, Birmingham being part of Aston Webb Boulevard and roughly triangular in shape commencing 120 metres west north west of it’s junction with Bristol Road proceeding in a west north westerly direction having a length of 52 metres gradually widening to a width of 13 metres to its end be authorised to be stopped up on the ground that it is unnecessary. The effect of the said order is shown on the plan which may be inspected free of charge at Selly Oak Library, Touchbase Pears, Bristol Road, Selly Oak, Birmingham, B29 6NA on Mondays from 9.30am to 5pm, alternate Thursdays from 9.30am to 5pm and alternate Saturdays from 9.30am to 4pm, telephone number 07548 712 922.
