Notice is hereby given of a Petition which was presented to the Sheriff at Dunoon Sheriff Court on 24th November 2022 by Michaela Kast for the restoration to the Register of Companies of Xpand International Limited, having its Registered Office at Ceol Na Mara Cromlech Road, Sandbank, Dunoon, Argyll, PA23 8QH (Registered Number SC276681) pursuant to Sections 1029 and 1031 of the Companies Act 2006; by deliverance dated 28th November 2022, the Sheriff at Dunoon appointed all persons interested if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted to lodge Answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk, Dunoon Sheriff Court within 8 days after publication of this advertisement; all which notice is hereby given.
