Letters Patent bearing date 16th December 2022 have passed the Great Seal of Northern Ireland appointing Patrick Kinney to be a Judge of the High Court of Justice in Northern Ireland.

The said Letters Patent were enrolled in the Central Office of the Court of Judicature of Northern Ireland on 16th December 2022.

The Honourable Mr Justice Kinney took the Oath of Office on the 16th day of December 2022 in the presence of the Lady Chief Justice of Northern Ireland.

The Oath was administered by Mr A E Wells, Clerk of the Crown for Northern Ireland.
