THE A453 TRUNK ROAD, (MILL HILL ROUNDABOUT) (DETRUNKING) ORDER 2022
THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR TRANSPORT hereby gives notice that on 7th December 2022, he has made the above titled Order under sections 10 and 12 of the Highways Act 1980 which provides that an area of 360 square metres of the existing A453 trunk road forming part of the Mill Hill Roundabout shall cease to be trunk road as from the date on which the Order comes into force and responsibility shall transfer to Nottinghamshire County Council (who will become the highway authority for that area).
COPIES of the instrument of making of the Order, which is entitled “The A453 Trunk Road, (Mill Hill Roundabout) (Detrunking) Order 2022” can be obtained at www.legislation.gov.uk or purchased either through booksellers or direct from Government bookshops (The Stationery Office) (The Stationery Office (https://tsoshop.co.uk)).
ANY PERSON aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of any provision within the Order, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 3rd January 2023, apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included.
