Notice is hereby given that Worcestershire County Council intend to apply to the Worcester Magistrates’ Court on 10th February 2023 at 14:00pm for an Order under Section 116 of the Highways Act 1980 authorising the stopping up of the highway adjacent to 3 Boxnott Cottages, Birchfield Road, Redditch B97 6PU on the ground that the same is unnecessary for public use. The length of highway intended to be stopped up by the proposed Order is shown coloured red on a plan which is available for inspection at the offices of Worcestershire County Council, County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester WR5 2NP
