NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Rules 6.14 and 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the directors of the Company (`the conveners`) are seeking a decision from creditors on the nomination of Gareth Lewis and Matthew Russell of Lewis Business Recovery & Insolvency as Joint Liquidators by way of a virtual meeting. In addition, the meeting will be asked to consider resolutions regarding the Joint Liquidators` pre appointment remuneration.
