The King having been pleased to approve that Mrs Caroline Maclachlan be appointed Vice Lord-Lieutenant for the Area of West Lothian to act for His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant during her absence from the area, sickness or inability to act, a Commission in her favour bearing the date 18 January 2023 has been signed by the Lord-Lieutenant.
