Notice is hereby given that in a Petition presented by Jagdip Singh Bhandal to the sheriff at Hamilton craving the Court to order the name of Bhandal Lets Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with registration number SC451935 and having its registered office at 2 Bishops Park, Thorntonhall, Glasgow G74 5AF, to be restored to the register of companies, the sheriff by First Deliverance dated 8 February 2023 inter alia ordered any party claiming an interest, if so advised, to lodge answers within 8 days of such intimation, service or advertisement to Hamilton Sheriff Court, Civil Dept, Birnie House, Caird Park, Hamilton ML3 0AL; all of which notice is hereby given.
