Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 15 February 2023 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew Reeds (IP No. 28040) and Tommaso Waqar Ahmad (IP No. 9475) both of Bailey Ahmad Limited, Sussex Innovation, One Croydon, 12-16 Addiscombe Road, Croydon, CR0 0XT be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up."

It should be noted that the Company was placed into liquidation via deemed consent and that Matthew Reeds and Tommaso Waqar Ahmad were appointed as Joint Liquidators on 15 February 2023.
