Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 13 February 2022 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 13 February 2023 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of BUTLER who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of BUTLER and assumed the name of BUTLER.
