Notice Convening the Final Meetings of Members and Creditors Pursuant To Article 92 Of The Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the final meetings of members and of creditors of the above named Company will be held at the offices of HNH Partners Ltd, Jefferson House, 42 Queen Street, Belfast, BT1 6HL on 31 March 2023 at 10:00 and 10:30 respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Joint Liquidators (pursuant to Article 92 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989), showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators.

The following resolutions will be considered at the creditors’ meeting:

1. That the Joint Liquidators receives their release; and

2. That the books and records of the Company be destroyed by the Joint Liquidators 1 year after their release.

A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend vote in their place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a member or creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of HNH Partners Ltd, Jefferson House, 42 Queen Street, Belfast, BT1 6HL by no later than 12 noon on 30 March 2023.
