The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highways (South West) (No.6) Order 2023" authorising the stopping up of a part width of Wessex Way and two areas of highway verge north of Prince of Wales Road, at Bournemouth in the Council Districts of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. This is to enable development as permitted by BCP Council under reference 7-2020-14899-E.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SW/S247/5157). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Westbourne Library, Alum Chine Road, Westbourne, Bournemouth, BH4 8DX.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 10 March 2023.
