Notice is hereby given that by special resolutions passed on 7 March 2023, the above named companies were placed in members` (solvent) voluntary liquidation and Nicholas James Timpson and Howard Smith of Interpath Ltd, 10 Fleet Place, London, EC4M 7RB were appointed Joint Liquidators.
The Joint Liquidators give notice that the creditors of the above-named companies, are required, on or before 30 April 2023 to submit full details of their claims and their names and addresses to the Joint Liquidators of the said companies, at the above address or by email at Kelsey.berchie@interpathadvisory.com and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Joint Liquidators, are, personally or by their solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
