THE KING has been pleased by Letters Patent under the Great Seal of the Realm dated 21 March 2023 to delegate certain of His Royal Functions to Counsellors of State during His Majesty's absence abroad for the purpose of visiting the French Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany.
