Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 20 March 2023 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Kate Merry and Ben Dyer both of PEM, Salisbury House, Station Road, Cambridge, CB1 2LA be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up and that the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation."

At a subsequent meeting the Creditors appointed Rebecca Jane Dacre (IP No. 009572) of Mazars LLP, The Pinnacle, 160 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 1FF and Scott Christian Bevan (IP No. 9614) of Mazars LLP, 1st Floor, Two Chamberlain Square, Birmingham B3 3AX as Joint Liquidators.
