Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 11 April 2023 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that John Hedger be appointed Liquidator of the Company, Subsequently, the creditors resolved that Kevin Ley (IP No. 25090) and Yin Lie Lee (IP No. 23292) both of Evelyn Partners LLP, 45 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7BG be appointed as Joint Liquidators, replacing the previous office holder, for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
