NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Article 84 that a meeting of creditors of the above-named company will be held at 2 Market Place, Carrickfergus, BT38 7AW on 19th May 2023 at 2pm for the following purposes:

1. to receive the company’s statement of affairs;

2. to nominate one or more insolvency practitioners as (joint) liquidator(s);

3. to appoint a liquidation committee, if appropriate; and

4. to pass any other resolution deemed appropriate by the chairman

Creditors not attending but wishing to vote at the meeting must, ensure that their proxy forms and statement of claim, are received not later than 12:00 noon on the business day before the meeting.

A list of the company’s creditors may be inspected at 2 Market Place two business days preceding the meeting date.
