Notice is hereby given that on 27th April 2023, a Petition was presented to Aberdeen Sheriff Court by Andrew Stokes for an Order in terms of section 1031 of the Companies Act 2006 to restore John A J Florence Ltd to the Register of Companies.  In which Petition, Sheriff Mann, by Interlocutor dated 27th April 2023, appointed all persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted,  to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen, Sheriff Clerk’s Office, Queen Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1WP, within 8 days after said advertisement.
