A Petition craving restoration of the name of Toranj Limited to the Register of Companies has been presented to the Sheriffdom of Lothian and Borders at Edinburgh. Intimation of the Petition upon the Walls of the Sheriff Court, Edinburgh, service upon Sheriff Sheehan, His Majesty’s Advocate, the Registrar of Companies, and advertisement in the Edinburgh Gazette and the Metro newspapers has been appointed by deliverance of the court dated 20 April 2023. Any persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, should lodge Answers thereto at Edinburgh, Sheriff Court: (edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk) within eight days of the publication of this notice.
