NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Article 80 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that a final meeting of the members of West Ulster Farmers Limited will be held in Mahon’s Hotel, 12 Mill Street, Irvinestown, BT94 1GS on 21 June 2023 at 7:00pm for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings on the conduct of the winding up to date and resolving whether the Liquidator should be granted her release and the Society be dissolved.

A member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxyholder to attend and vote instead of them. A proxy holder need not be a member of the society. A signed proxy form must be lodged at KPMG, The Soloist Building, 1 Lanyon Place, Belfast, BT1 3LP or by email at Aislinn.fegan@kpmg.ie not later than 12 noon on 20 June 2023.
