Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the Official Receiver, having been appointed as liquidator of the partnership of NJS Plant Hire on 8 October 2008, intends to declare a first and final dividend of 20.1p in the £ to the unsecured creditors of the partnership within a period of 2 months from the last date for proving.

Creditors who have not proved their debts must do so by 19 June 2023 otherwise they will be excluded from the dividend.
