Notice is hereby given that on 11 May 2023 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court on behalf of Cara Finance Group Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registration number SC639761) and having its registered office at 113 West Regent Street, Glasgow G2 2RU, (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia to make an administration order in respect of the Company and that Joint Administrators be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff by First Deliverance dated 15 May 2023 assigned 5 June 2023 at 11.00am as a hearing on the Petition and ordained any person who wishes to oppose the Petition to appear or be represented on that date by telephone conference call; all of which notice is hereby given.
