At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on 19 May 2023 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and, accordingly, that the company be wound up voluntarily.

That Neil Morley and Howard Smith of Interpath Advisory are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the liquidator may be done by one of them.

At the subsequent Decision of Creditors held on 19 May 2023 the appointment of Neil Morley and Howard Smith as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
