NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Final General Meeting of the company will be held at EY, Bedford House, 16 Bedford Street, Belfast, BT2 7DT on 30 June 2023 at 2:30PM for the purposes mentioned in Article 80 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989.

A member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy or proxies, who need not be members of the company, to attend and vote instead of him.
