NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition has been presented to the Sheriffdom of Lothian and Borders at Edinburgh by Jamie Douglas More, 9 Queens Park Avenue, Edinburgh, EH8 7EE seeking restoration to the register of Companies of Rapport Residential Ltd, formerly having company number SC682975 and a registered office at 9 Queens Park Avenue, Midlothian, EH8 7EE. The Petition was presented on 16 May 2023 and on that date the Court ordered that a copy of the Petition and Deliverance be published on the SCTS website, served upon the Registrar of Companies and on the Lord Advocate, Notice of their import advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and Metro newspapers and appointed any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto by email to Edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement quoting Court reference EDI-B476-23.
