TAKE NOTICE that the above-named Company was put into liquidation on 31 May 2023 by a written special resolution of the sole shareholder of the Company.

AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that David Griffin and Andrew Morrison of FTI Consulting (Cayman) Ltd, Suite 3212, 53 Market Street, Camana Bay, Grand Cayman, PO Box 30613, KY1-1203, Cayman Islands have been appointed as Joint Voluntary Liquidators of the Company.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the creditors of the Company, which is being voluntarily wound up, are required to prove their claims and debts on or before 7 July 2023 and to establish any title they may have under the Bermuda Companies Act 1981 or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or from objecting to the distribution
