NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by an Order of the Court dated 1 June 2023 and effective from 4pm on Wednesday 7th June 2023 (the effective time), before ICC Judge Prentis, it has been ordered that

1. The Second Applicant Nicholas Andrew Stratten ("Mr Stratten") be removed from office in respect of each of the cases listed in Schedules A, B and C attached to this Order with effect from the Effective Time.

2. The First Applicant, Nimish Chandrakant Patel ("Mr Patel") be appointed as joint office­holder in place of Mr Stratten with the Third Applicant Hasib Reza Howlader ("Mr Howlader") in respect of all the cases listed in Schedule A ("Schedule A") attached to this Order from the Effective Time.

3. Mr Howlader be appointed as joint office-holder in place of Mr Stratten with Mr Patel in respect of all the cases listed in Schedule B attached to this Order from the Effective Time.

4. Mr Patel be appointed as joint office-holder in place of Mr Stratten with Farheen Qureshi in the cases of Airspace Management Ltd and of Airspace 2931 Ltd (both in creditors' voluntary liquidation) referred to in Schedule A from the Effective Time.

5. Mr Patel be appointed as joint office-holder in place of Mr Stratten with Douglas John Pinteau in the cases of Simplycar Ventures Ltd and of Slate Web & Graphics Limited (formerly known as "Slate Web & Print Limited") (both in creditors' voluntary liquidation) referred to Schedule A from the Effective Time.

6. Mr Patel be appointed as office-holder in place of Mr Stratten in respect of all the cases listed in Schedule C attached to this Order which were held by Mr Stratten as sole appointments and Mr Howlader be appointed as joint office-holder in respect of such appointments both from the Effective Time.

7. Mr Howlader be appointed as joint office-holder with Mr Patel in respect of all the cases listed in Schedule D attached to this Order which are currently held as sole appointments by Mr Patel from the Effective Time.

8. Mr Patel be appointed as joint office-holder with Mr Howlader in respect of all the cases listed in Schedule E attached to this Order which are currently held as sole appointments by Mr Howlader from the Effective Time.

9. Where in any matter an office-holder is as a consequence of this Order appointed jointly with another, the office-holders shall be entitled to act jointly and severally.

10. In respect of any existing court applications or proceedings arising out of any of the matters listed at Schedules A to E inclusive attached to this Order ("Schedules A to E"), Nick Stratten shall be removed as a party and (as the case may be) the replacement office-holder shall be substituted for Mr Stratten, and where relevant any additionally appointed office-holder shall be added as a party by virtue of this Order and pursuant to Rule 12.37(1)(e) of the Rules.

11. The creditors (and in the case of any members' voluntary liquidations, the members) shall be given notice of this Order by way of one block advertisement published in the London Gazette within 28 days of the date of the Effective Time.

12. Any creditor or in the case of any members' voluntary liquidation, any member in respect of any of the estates listed in Schedules A to E who has an objection to this Order has permission to apply to the Court on notice to the Applicants, within 28 days of the advertisement of this Order in the London Gazette for the purposes of applying to vary or discharge the Order in so far as it affects the estate or estates of which they are a creditor or member. Such application shall not affect the transfer of the appointments relating to the cases listed in Schedules A to E until further order of the Court.

13. The reporting periods where relevant for the cases listed in Schedules A to E shall remain in place and the appointment of the replacement office-holder or additional office-holder will not affect the date by which the progress reports are to be produced. In relation to these cases Mr Patel and/or Mr Howlader will notify creditors or members where relevant in respect of their appointment as office-holder in place of Mr Stratten or as an added joint office-holder of any matter which they believe the creditor or member should be aware of.

14. Mr Patel shall notify the Secretary of State and the Registrar of Companies in respect of the appointments where relevant listed in Schedules A to E of the terms of this Order as soon as reasonably practicable.

15. Nothing in this order shall release Mr Stratten from any obligation to give and file notices in respect of his removal under this order in respect of any of the cases listed in Schedules A to C attached to this Order.

16. Mr Patel shall file a copy of this order with the Courts referred to at Schedules A to E.

17. Mr Stratten shall receive his release as Administrator 28 days after the advertisement placed under paragraph 14 above save in respect of any appointment as to which an application is made under paragraph 15 above, in which case he has liberty to apply for his release.

18. Save as aforesaid Mr Stratten shall receive his release upon application to the Secretary of State or in accordance with the terms of the relevant voluntary arrangements as appropriate.

19. There shall be no order as to the costs of this Application.
