A petition to wind up The Remus Limited Partnership (registered number LP019074) whose registered office is at Jersey General Partner Limited, Northgate House, Baron Court, Upper Borough Walls, Bath, Somerset, BA1 1RG (the Partnership). The Partnership was registered under the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 as a limited partnership on 11 January 2018. The principal place of business of the Partnership is at Jersey General Partner Limited, Northgate House, Baron Court, Upper Borough Walls, Bath, Somerset, BA1 1RG. The Partnership has carried on its business in England and Wales at some time during the period of three years ending with the day on which the petition was presented. The principal nature of the Partnership’s business is as follows: commercial property investment and was presented on 6 June 2023 by Unicorn Number 1 Limited (in administration) whose registered office is at C/O FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Derby House, 12 Winckley Square, Preston, PR1 3JJ (the Petitioner). Any person claiming to be a creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on 19 July 2023 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of that intention in accordance with rule 7.14 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 by 4pm on 18 July 2023 being the last business day before the hearing of the petition.
