NOTICE OF THE ISSUE OF A SUBMARINE

PIPELINE WORKS AUTHORISATION

The North Sea Transition Authority gives notice that it has decided to issue, and in consequence has issued, a works authorisation to be held by BG International Limited whose address is Shell Centre, London, United Kingdom, SE1 7NA for the construction and use of a pipeline system between Jackdaw ESDV and Shearwater ‘A’ Riser ESDV, Jackdaw TUTU and Jackdaw SSIV and between Shearwater ‘C’ TUTU and Shearwater SSIV.

The North Sea Transition Authority (NSTA) is the business name of the Oil and Gas Authority (OGA). The OGA remains the legal name of the company. References in this notice to the NSTA should be interpreted as the OGA.

Except with the consent of the NSTA, the 457.2mm production flowline shall only be used to convey production fluids; the services umbilical shall only be used to convey hydraulics and electrical services; and the services umbilical shall only be used to convey hydraulics, electrical and chemical services.

The pipelines may be used by the Holder and with the Holder's agreement, and with the consent of the NSTA, by other persons.

BG International Limited have been appointed operator of the pipelines.
