NOTICE OF THE ISSUE OF A SUBMARINE

PIPELINE WORKS AUTHORISATION

The North Sea Transition Authority gives notice that it has decided to issue, and in consequence has issued, a works authorisation to be held by Premier Oil UK Limited whose address is 4th Floor,Saltire Court, 20 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh, EH1 2EN for the construction and use of a pipeline system between Tolmount East manifold and Tolmount ESDV, Tolmount MFP Platform TUTU and Tolmount East Manifold and between Tolmount East Manifold and Tolmount East WHPS.

The North Sea Transition Authority (NSTA) is the business name of the Oil and Gas Authority (OGA). The OGA remains the legal name of the company. References in this notice to the NSTA should be interpreted as the OGA.

Except with the consent of the NSTA, the 168.3mm Production Jumper shall only be used to convey gas; the 323.9mm Production Flowline shall only be used to convey gas; the services umbilical shall only be used to convey hydraulic fluid, methanol, scale inhibitor, power and signal; the control jumpers shall only be used to convey power/signal; and the umbilical jumper shall only be used to convey hydraulic fluid, methanol and scale inhibitor.

The pipelines may be used by the Holder and with the Holder's agreement, and with the consent of the NSTA, by other persons.

Premier Oil UK Limited have been appointed operator of the pipelines.
