Notice convening final meetings of members and creditors

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Article 92 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a final Meeting of the Members of the above named company will be held on 7TH August 2023 at 11.00 am at the offices of HCA Business Recovery, 12 Cromac Place, Belfast, BT7 2JB, to be followed at 11.15 am by a final meeting of creditors for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings on the conduct of the winding up to date and resolving whether the Liquidator should be granted his release.

A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a member or creditor. Proxy forms must be lodged with the Liquidator at the offices of HCA Business Recovery Limited, 12 Cromac Place, Belfast, BT7 2JB no later than 12.00 noon on the preceding day.
