Proceedings have been begun in the Business and Property Division of the High Court of Justice, in Liverpool, between Faye McCarty as the Claimant and Helena Margaret Shaw and Alastair Bennet as Defendants. The claim is proceeding under claim number PT-2022-LIV-000057, and the matter is in relation to the estate of Mr Humphrey Robert Shaw, deceased, who left a will dated 20 May 2017.
