At a subsequent meeting held on the same day, the appointment of Thomas Grummitt and Andrew Smith was not confirmed, and the Creditors appointed Louise Freestone (IP No. 20170) and Paul Mallatratt (IP No. 20630) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, Pavilion House, 14-16 Bridgford Road, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 6AB as Joint Liquidators of the Company.
