Notice is hereby given that the Financial Conduct Authority has, pursuant to the Friendly Societies Act 1974, cancelled the registration of the following societies on the dates as shown below:

The grounds of the cancellation are that the society has wilfully violated section 91 of the Friendly Societies Act 1974 by not submitting to the Authority any annual returns acceptable for filing for the society’s financial years ending 2011 till 2022.
