Notice is hereby given that a Petition which was presented at Selkirk Sheriff Court on 25 July 2023 by Susan Elizabeth Russel for the restoration to the Register of Dynamic Choirs Limited, having its registered office at c/o Andrew Russel, Glensax, Bonnington Road, Peebles, EH45 9HF (Registered Number SC430579) pursuant to Sections 1029 and 1031 of the Companies  Act 2006; by deliverance dated 25 July 2023, Sheriff Vaughan at Selkirk appointed any person interested if they intend to show cause why the petition should not be granted to lodge Answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk at Selkirk, Sheriff Court House, Ettrick Terrace, Selkirk, TD7 4LE within 8 days of this advertisement: all which notice is hereby given.
