Notice is hereby given that on 27 April 2023 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Peterhead Sheriff Court by Yesss (A) Electrical Ltd t/a Yesss Electrical, a private Limited Company (Company No. 07656807) having its Registered Office at Unit B Foxbridge Way, Normanton Industrial Estate, Normanton, West Yorkshire, WF6 1TN, craving the Court inter alia that Craig Seivwright Electrical Ltd, a private Limited Company (Company No. SC477970) having its Registered Office at North Ballearn, Kininmonth, Peterhead, Aberdeenshire, AB42 4JH (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court and that Blair Carnegie Nimmo and Geoffrey Isaac Jacobs, Insolvency Practitioners of Interpath Limited, 130 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5AF, be appointed as joint interim liquidators of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Peterhead by interlocutor dated 27 April 2023; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Peterhead within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
